The PSE of Biasca is a dedicated production area focusing on innovative companies and services with high added value and guaranteeing ideal conditions for establishing a company, networking and support. Currently the PSE already has several companies located in an industrial area that offers qualified employment to over 250 people. The geographical area totals more than 220,000 m² (54 acres) urbanized, of which 80,000 m² (19 acres) is available for new facilities.
Operational management is entrusted to the Area Manager, a professional figure integrated into the Regional Development Agency of Bellinzona and Valleys (ERS-BV). The stakeholders (the Municipality, the Patricians’ Group of Biasca, Canton Ticino and the ERS-BV itself) are all actively involved in its governance.
